I didn’t start eating Brussel Sprouts until about a year ago… and now I can’t get enough!! My favorite way to make these is with bacon because, well BACON! To make this a little less guilty, I sometimes use turkey bacon and I think it’s pretty darn tasty.
- Bag of Brussels (trim off the bottoms and half them)
- Turkey bacon or real bacon
- Balsamic Vinegar and olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
Pop the Brussels into a baking dish, drizzle with oil and balsamic then rip the bacon on top. I use 4-5 strips of bacon depending on how big the bag of Brussels. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. I like mine extra crispy, so I let them go a little longer.
Try not to eat the entire pan!
